The Matadors are in control for now. Mark Hills has gone to the bench after picking up his second foul and Rodrigue Mels has stepped in to replace him at point guard.
Mels has had two steals, one of them he took coast-to-coast for a dunk that made fans get on their feet.
CSUN leads 35-24 with 3:55 to go in the first half.
