Spanos Center

This is Alonso Tacanga from the Spanos Center where in 17 minutes CSUN and Pacific will square off in the season finale. The Matadors have clinched at least a share of the Big West championship and can assure the outright title by beating the Tigers tonight. Either that or having Long Beach State lose at UC Santa Barbara tonight.

If CSUN loses and the 49ers win, both teams will end up with the same conference record (11-5) and they’ll share the Big West title. Also, if that happens, the 49ers will be the No. 1 seed in next week’s tournament because they beat Pacific twice this season.

The Spanos Center looks beautiful. Ok, anthem time.

This is an older crowd.
