I don't know where to start.

"College basketball tends to be far more entertaining to watch than the NBA Playoffs."
This is an opinion. I prefer gameplans to frantic players and desperation threes leading to fast breaks.

"fans get far more involved"
The only real valid point you made. The NBA doesn't usually draw huge crowds of gut painting fanatics.

"The emotions in these games are higher than in most of the NBA Playoffs as well."
No. These players are playing for huge contracts. They're trying to validate their entire lives by winning a championship. Just because they show a little discipline, doesn't mean they are lacking emotion.

"Also, there are many players at the college level who you will likely never hear from again."
So, fewer elite players makes the game, uh, better?

Your entire point about the NBA needing to adopt reseeding is absurd. You said yourself, each round is a series, not a single game. There are NO fluke wins in the NBA. The team that advances showed that they deserved to advance. The seed number itself is not always accurate. Players get injured, get fatigued, get used to each other, get streaks going and develop strategies against the other team. All of these factors play a much bigger role than how many wins you've had. The best teams from each conference will always play each other.

"Games in the NBA have more scoring, less turnovers and more spectacular plays."
Exactly.

"It’s just plain better"
