Talent? If the baseball team is so talented, why did they finish 8th place in the Big West? The baseball team under Rousey is in shambles and a disgrace to what was once a great team. In 2002, the year before Rousey became head coach, CSUN won the Big West; since then, they haven't had a single winning season. Unfortunately, the athletic director Rick Mazzuto is a coward who doesn't have the guts to fire a losing coach. Rousey is a horrible coach and Mazzuto is holding back CSUN athletics by keeping him and other losing coaches employed. Give me a break. Talent?
