Here at halftime the Matadors are locked in a scoreless tie with the Lions of Loyola Marymount. To this point there have not been many scoring chances, especially for Northridge. Loyola has controlled the majority of play but CSUN looks to rebound in the second half.
The students and faculty have wasted no time in voicing their complaints and anger over the recent budget cut crisis that has taken CSUN hostage. Rebecca Gever can’t imagine life without music. Gever, a 20-year-old vocal performance major, is president of the Vocal Percussion Radio club. She is also a lifeguard and swim instructor, and volunteers at a hospital when she is not on campus. Children Center Podcast As adults struggle through the California budget crisis, the Associated Students (A.S.) Children’s Center brings optimism to the children of CSUN students.
