		<description>Can we conclude that students have the right to shower in library restrooms as long as they do not disturb or harm any individuals? Does the University Policy determine the purposes for which students and non-students may enjoy and take advantage of the Oviatt library? Perhaps they assumed common sense would kick-in, but then again we all know how assumptions go...</description>
