CSUN student Aandrea Reblynn, a psychology major who landed a main role in the presently running theatre production “Six Characters in Search of an Author” died Nov. 24 in a motorcycle accident. Obama headed to Copenhagen

As many where preparing for Thanksgiving, President Barack Obama was making plans of his own. On Wednesday, November 25 Obama confirmed his trip to Copenhagen. The United Nations Climate Change Conference, which will be held from December 7-18, aims to create an agreement on an international strategy to fight global warming. Music industry studies majors help launch unknown artists, produce record label CDs

CSUN students are getting a hands-on approach to learning all about the music industry by attempting to launch musical talent into the music business. Furlough days on Thanksgiving week

What would have been a two-day Thanksgiving break may have turned into a week-long vacation since many professors have decided to take furlough days this week due to the holiday. Molly Nguyen, administrative assistant for the Asian American Studies department said that so far, nine professors have taken furloughs this week. The department has 15 professors total, she said.
