Attempted robbery closes Nordhoff Street between Reseda Boulevard and Yolanda Avenue

An unsuccessful robbery was reported on Nordhoff Street between Reseda Boulevard and Yolanda Avenue on Tuesday night. After a K-9, search the suspect was not found and the search was called off, said LAPD Officer Karen Rayner. At 7:45 p.m., a robber tried to snatch a purse from a female pedestrian.
