National Center on Deafness to host fourth annual Summer Institute

CSUN’s National Center on Deafness will host its fourth annual Summer Institute June 21 through 30 on campus. CSUN to provide a doctorate in physical therapy if Senate passes Physical Therapy Bill

Legislation that will allow physical therapy programs in the CSU system to offer a doctor of physical therapy has passed the state Assembly and is headed to the state Senate for consideration. Dr. William Watkins accepts appoinment as Vice President for Student Affairs

Dr. William Watkins has accepted the regular appointment as Vice President for Student Affairs and Dean of Students at CSUN following the recommendation of the Faculty Senate’s Personnel Planning and Review Committee. Meatless Mondays

This past May the Pub Sports Grill announced it was hosting Meatless Monday, a day designated to an entirely meatless menu.  I passed by, saw the signs, and being the carnivore that I am, thought — Hmmm, interesting. Turns out this Meatless Monday thing is part of a bigger trend, not about vegetarianism per say, but about helping our environment, something (hopefully) we can all get on board with.
