When you get through with what his Twitter handle was, and whether he was an angel or not, your homeboy ZimmerMANIAC is a murdered and Trayvon didn’t deserve to be dead and killed by a nieeighborhood watch nut with a history of assault and racially profiling phone calls to 911!~ So when you do your homework, do it on the murdererer too!

If you truly want “justice” why don’t you wait for this to play out in the constitutionally-established legal system? You just want Zimmerman’s head on a stake—just like the New Black Panthers, Spike Lee, Al Sharpton and the rest.

Zimmerman damn well should be in hiding. With the out-of-control media, talking heads and activists, if not prosecuted or found not-guilty, his life will never be the same. I guarantee you that, if he’s not careful, Zimmerman will be murdered in the name of “Justice for Trayvon.”

Out “zealously stalking innocent people”? You’ve gotta be kidding.

Justice For Trayvon has support in the autism community. In Central Florida where we live, our local autism society sends out autism awareness seminar invitations to every law enforcement agency in the area every year, so that law enforcers will be trained to act appropriately and legally towards our autistic children. I provide my adult son with autism clothing, visors and t-shirts that make it clear that he is autistic. He also wears a hoodie when it is cold with his headphones while walking to and from the convenience store. As a parent, it is unconscionable to me that George Zimmerman is “in hiding” somewhere in Central Florida, roaming free and possibly still zealously stalking innocent people while armed again.

Really? Perhaps you can speak to Alaskan law but as for all of the lower 48, I think you’re mistaken.

First, you imply that Zimmerman is a “murderer.” That may or may not be the case. Zimmerman was taken into custody and released probably because they suspected him not to have committed murder. In California, I’m not aware of it being routine for police to drug-test those who shoot someone in self-defense. Perhaps there’s an unusual number of drunken or drugged-up Alaskans who start pullin’ triggers after hitting the bottle?

I know someone that threatened a person with a weapon, and they got off scott free. Why? Because he was white, and just had to smile, and nod when in court.

I don’t believe you. Can you provide the case number so I can order the transcripts?

I also know a black guy that had gotten so many j-walking tickets, he found out that after so many it was a felony. I, being a white person, have j-walked MANY times, even in front of police, and they didn’t even think twice. If that’s not racism in the police force, i don’t know what is.

Felony jaywalking? Wow! Laws are tough up there in Alaska!
And you should be ashamed of yourself for using your white privilege to flout the law in front of police because you know you can get away with it. Tsk, tsk!

I disagree with two things in this article. One, you’re comparing blacks in prison to slavery.This is ridiculous. While I believe that many people go to prison for crimes they didn’t commit, there are SEVERAL black men in there for crimes they DID commit and it shouldn’t be compared to slavery. The other thing, the black community needs someone other than Jesse Jackson to be a strong leader for their cause. Jesse Jackson is a racist and only cares about black people. How people can stand behind someone who says, “I am tired of hearing about the Holocaust” and makes continuous disparaging remarks towards Jews is beyond me. This is not someone you should be standing behind and you look like a fool standing behind him. If us Jews said, “I am tired of hearing about black slavery” then the black community would be enraged and start screaming OMG RACISM! But I do believe that it’s possible Trayvon Martin could have been defending himself. Hopefully, the investigation will not take a long time and we can get to the bottom of this so that Martin’s family can find some peace. Zimmerman will probably get off but his life is forever ruined for being a dumb ass that didn’t listen to police. The Black Panther party will probably murder him and they will get away with it.

Martin’s tragedy echoes the stories of many young black males whose lives have been taken away by racist police, the racist prison industrial complex and racist citizens, since slavery ended.

Are you suggesting, that “young black males” have no culpability in their plight?

Unless, and until “the black community” comes to terms that, if not for the committing of crimes, they would not be arrested and placed in prison.

Racist “citizens” are those who blame “another race” for one’s individual plight. Some introspection might be in order.

Significantly more “black males” lives are taken away by other black males than by racist society.

This coming from a 19 year old, that twitter handle could easily be a 17 yr old being a 17 yr old. Smack talking is something that is all over the internet, and even more so in Twitter/Facebook. Usernames like that aren’t that rare.

As for the investigation stuff, it still comes to the fact they didn’t follow procedure. Proper procedure is murderer goes to the station, sits there, waits, has background check done on them, then drug test, then they wait, and wait, and wait. Most people that even threaten with a gun up here in Alaska has these checks done, let alone shooting someone. You don’t just “go home and relax” after shooting someone if the police are doing their job. Even with the multiple burglaries before, it’s a new person, new circumstances. The tests still HAVE to be done.
