You can’t be serious. Don’t get caught up in thinking like a
“libertarian” or a “democrat”/”republican”. Basic human decency dictates
that we should take care of those who cannot take care of themselves.

It is not like he wants to build a concert hall or a theater. He wants
build facilities to help the physically disabled. It is a service that
government should provide just like hospitals for the mentally ill or
veterans hospitals.

He plans to take his degree and create and increase the number of special public transportation for the disabled. He wants to set up services that will care for the disabled and provide them guidance. He also hopes to make housing complexes for the disabled that will also treat them with care.

This is what one does with an “urban studies” degree?  Unless he’s planning to find creative ways of funding this vision, it appears that his goal is to get the taxpayers to pay for his pet project.
