When you started playing: Recreationally when I was 8-years-old, serious when I was 15

Pregame ritual: Listen to music, father sends a motivational text before every game

How do you stay in shape in the offseason: team workouts, hiking, mountain biking

How do you stay healthy: Getting rest, whenever something isn’t feeling great, take care of it right away in the training room
