Students demanded a question and answer session with CSU Chancellor Charles Reed in an event held at CSUN. Fight ends USU Matador Nights early

A fight at Matador Nights at about 12:20 a.m., April 23, brought the festivities to an early end. Two unidentified male suspects were apprehended by police. One was knocked unconcious for about 10 minutes before he revived. CSUN police has told festival goers to evacuate. DREAM Act gets passed by House

The House of Representatives passed a bill Wednesday night that would provide a conditional path to citizenship for as many as 500,000 children of undocumented immigrants. While the House approved the Development, Relief and Education of Alien Minors (DREAM) Act by a vote of 216-198, the fate of the DREAM Act remained uncertain as the Senate postponed a test vote on the measure.
