According to Tuesday’s print edition of the L.A. Times, freshman guard Dallas Rutherford’s attorney is preparing a guilty plea and seeking probation for his client. “There is going to be a plea. He has cooperated with police and returned the merchandise and gave Best Buy an apology,” attorney Ronald Hedding said, according to the report.

Deon Tresvant, Dallas Rutherford and Jeffrey Braswell did not enter a plea Monday regarding the allegations that they stole from a Porter Ranch Best Buy on New Year’s Day, a San Fernando Superior Court clerk said. Their arraignment was re-scheduled for Feb. 26. Check back later for further information.
With eight points from Josh Jenkins, CSUN has put away this game. They’ve gone on a 20-2 run and currently lead 70-53 with 1:30 to go. My question is: why did Jenkins wait so long to shoot CSUN to a win tonight? He’s got 17 points. So does Willie Galick.
CSUN’s gone on a 10-1 run to open a 60-50 lead with four minutes left to play. Galick with a layup, 62-50. Seems like they’ll get this one after really suffering early on with their inability to score and turnovers.
