DREAM Act gets passed by House
The House of Representatives passed a bill Wednesday night that would provide a conditional path to citizenship for as many as 500,000 children of undocumented immigrants. While the House approved the Development, Relief and Education of Alien Minors (DREAM) Act by a vote of 216-198, the fate of the DREAM Act remained uncertain as the Senate postponed a test vote on the measure.
