Since the Valley Performing Arts Center opened last year it has been bringing top notch performances to the CSUN community, and the upcoming season is planned out to be no different. VPAC becomes CSUN’s first certified eco-friendly building

The Valley Performance Arts Center earned the second tier of green building certification, making it CSUN’s first certified eco-friendly building – and the perks don’t stop at saving the environment. By obtaining a LEED (Leadership and Energy in Environmental Design) certification the VPAC can take advantage of tax deductions through the 2005 Energy Policy Act. Three-time Grammy winner Shawn Colvin and Loudon Wainwright III took the stage at CSUN’s Valley Performing Arts Center (VPAC) Saturday night, kicking off the venue’s opening season. CSUN’s VPAC aims to raise $1 million from grand Opening Gala

After over two years of construction, the much-publicized Valley Performing Arts Center will celebrate its Grand Opening Gala on Saturday Jan. 29. The dean of arts, media and communication gave a special presentation Tuesday to A.S. members about the Valley Performing Arts Center (VPAC) and addressed senators’ questions regarding parking restrictions, promotions and student ideas for program events. G-3 parking structure closed today for special VPAC performance

Levels three through five of the G-3 parking structure located off of Zelzah Street will be closed to CSUN students today for a Valley Performance Arts Center (VPAC) event.
