A car crashed and took the lives of its four passengers, Martin Gomez, 20, Denney Lomeli, 20, Amanda Alfar, 22, and Leena Ammari, 21. Both Amanda and Denney were CSUN students. The accident took place on Friday, Oct. 6, 2017, around 11 p.m near the intersection of Balboa Boulevard and Lassen Street.
