The following information was provided by the Campus Police Department’s Daily Summary Report:
02/25/05 — Battery
A CSUN student allegedly assaulted another CSUN student in the University Park Apartments Building 13. The victim refused medical treatment.
02/24/05 — Battery
A CSUN police officer cited and released two CSUN students for allegedly assaulting each other. Both parties received injuries, and one was asked to sign a Release of Liability for refusing medical treatment in the University Park Apartments Building 10.
02/24/05 — Possession of Marijuana
A CSUN police officer cited and released Luis Alberto Rivera for alleged possession of marijuana while driving on Osborne Street and Enfield Avenue. Rivera is not a CSUN student.
02/23/05 — Display False Tabs
A CSUN police officer cited and released a CSUN student for displaying false and expired tabs on a vehicle on Halsted Street and Etiwanda Avenue.
02/23/05 — Possession of Marijuana
A CSUN police officer cited and released David Edmon Safell for alleged possession of marijuana on Parthenia Street and Reseda Boulevard. Safell is not a CSUN student.
02/20/05-02/24/05 — Petty Theft
Someone removed two Motorola portable radios from the Performing Arts Center.
02/02/05-02/09/05 — Insufficient Funds Checks
A known suspect issued nine insufficient funds checks to the bookstore. The suspect is not a CSUN student.
