Despite a mix up for the opening act, BADBADNOTGOOD went on with its show at the Tower as part of Red Bull Sound Select’s 30 Days in L.A. on Nov. 20.
The hip-hop-jazz trio played songs from “III,” along with newer material as well as bringing on Future Islands artist Sam Herring for a new, collaborative song. Sam Dew was suppose to perform first, but he was pulled for Gaslamp Killer for a quick DJ set.
Charlotte Day Wilson also performed and made a guest appearance during the trio’s set, as well as Kali Uchis, who performed for 30 Days in L.A. days before.
