From 10-11 a.m. Thursday, March 10, hundreds of people gathered for the Mile Long Human Billboard Line, which formed at the corner of Santa Monica Boulevard and La Brea Avenue. People of all ages came together in protest of Gallo Wine and the company’s refusal to grant farm workers a 50 cent raise and medical benefits. Students from UCLA were the main organizers of the event.
