03/31/05 — Vandalism

Someone broke a window in the lobby of UPA 8.

03/31/05 –Minor in Possession of Alcohol

A CSUN police officer cited Grant Nelson, 18, for alleged possession of alcohol on Lindley Avenue at Halsted Street.

03/31/05 — Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol

A CSUN police officer took Steven Jackman, 47, into custody for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol on Devonshire Street at Wilbur Avenue.

03/30/05 — Battery

Someone hit a CSUN student in the face following an incident involving the suspect’s girlfriend. The victim then pursued the suspect with a knife in UPA 14.

03/30/05 — Vandalism

Someone keyed the trunk of a student’s car, causing $200 damage in Lot F8.

03/30/05 — Driving with

Suspended License/Warrant Arrest

A CSUN police officer arrested non-student Azar Lawrence, 52, in connection with allegedly driving with a suspended driver license.

03/30/05 — Tampering with Fire Protection Equipment

Someone discharged a fire extinguisher in a classroom in an apparent vandalism in Science Building One, Room 1127.

03/30/05 — Theft

Someone stole a wallet from an employee’s unattended backpack on the first floor of the Student Services Building.

03/30/05 — Theft

Someone stole a student’s cell phone, which was left unattended on a table in the Sierra Center.

03/30/05 — Grand Theft Auto

Someone stole a student’s 1989 Nissan Maxima from Lot G4. The vehicle was recovered several hours later on Halsted Street and Lindley Avenue with the stereo missing.

03/30/05 — Possession of Marijuana/Warrant Arrest

A CSUN police officer arrested non-student Gideon Damwijk, 21, on Zelzah Avenue at Dearborn Street for allegedly driving with a suspended driver license.

03/29/05 — False Information to a Police Officer

A CSUN police officer arrested Felipe Guerrero Navarro on Lindley Avenue and Lassen Street in connection with allegedly providing false information to a police officer. Guerrero is not a CSUN student, and was booked at LAPD Devonshire.

03/29/05 — Misuse of Disabled Person Placard

A CSUN police officer cited CSUN student James Casey, 23, for allegedly displaying a disabled person placard not belonging to him while parking in a disabled person space in Lot G4.

03/25/05 — Petty Theft

A CSUN student reported that someone stole her cell phone from her dorm room in UPA 7.
