The Daily Sundial retracts the implied connection between Hookah Source on Reseda Boulevard and information contained in an article Monday titled, “Hookah: popular but dangerous habit.” Hookah Source was not the subject of the article and was wrongly misrepresented in photographs. The Sundial regrets the error.
Due to an editing error in the same article, information was mentioned as being cited by the American Cancer Society. Rather, the information (which was that 45 minutes of hookah smoking was equivalent to smoking a pack of cigarettes) was found in a study from the ACS Web site.
