The 15 GOP candidates have joined again to debate one another on issues that need and “need” to be discussed. Candidates Bobby Jindal, George Pataki, Rick Santorum and Lindsey Graham will take part in a smaller debate, whereas the rest of the gang of heavy-hitters will be onstage for prime time.
