CSUN childcare worker cleared of all charges

The Los Angeles City Attorney's office decided no charges should be filed against a CSUN employee of the university's Child and Family Studies Center Infant/Toddler School who was arrested in connection with misdemeanor battery. In a hearing conducted April 10, the City Attorney's office ruled that there was not enough information to proceed with the case against Wendy Elizabeth Nicola.

The meeting, however, faced no major concerns, except for the senators having to make their budget decisions carefully, as the unallocated reserves account is nearing its limit.

With a new crop of 2006 graduating seniors about to make their way into the "real world," it becomes more and more important that students are aware of their personal web pages and information that is publicly available to potential employers. This is a generation that grew up on the Internet and although students may be Internet savvy, they may not realize all the dangers that web sites hold.
