Several high school seniors who applied for admission to CSUN for Fall 2006 were recently sent invitations congratulating them on being admitted to CSUN and requesting them to attend a banquet held for incoming freshman. I am exponentially unfortunate, however, because I, as a graduate student, have my comprehensive exams (read: pass or die) lunging toward me like a cavalry at full gallop.
