De-stressing through Boxing

The EOP DREAM Center would like to invite you all to our very first Boxing Session. The purpose of the Boxing Session is to provide an alternative way for our students to de-stress. This session will consist of learning the basics of boxing. You all will be taught safety, footwork, how to properly hit the punching bag and other combinations.
