Dr. Yu-Ting Peng is an active collaborative pianist, soloist, and educator based in Los Angeles. She received her Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance from the National Taiwan University of Arts in 2016 where she studied with Professor Shu-Ting Chen. That same year, she moved to the United States to pursue graduate studies at California State University, Northridge (CSUN), where she earned her Master of Music in Piano Performance in 2019 under the guidance of Professor John Perry. During her time at CSUN, she was awarded First Prize in the university’s Concerto Competition and performed Samuel Barber’s Piano Concerto with the CSUN Symphony Orchestra.

In 2023, Dr. Peng earned her Doctor of Musical Arts degree in Keyboard Collaborative Arts from the Thornton School of Music at the University of Southern California (USC), where she studied with Professor Kevin Fitz-Gerald. She has also received guidance from internationally renowned musicians including Jonathan Feldman, Alan Smith, Bernadene Blaha, Dmitry Rachmanov and Meng-Chieh Liu. During both her master’s and doctoral studies, she served as a teaching assistant. She graduated as Outstanding Graduate from the USC Keyboard Collaborative Arts department and received an Ensemble Award for her work in the program.

Dr. Peng has been actively involved in master classes and music festivals, serving as collaborative pianist for master classes led by internationally acclaimed artists including Midori Got?, Augustin Hadelich, Hilary Hahn, Ray Chen, Ani Kavafian, Jean-Yves Thibaudet, Gary Hoffman, and Hans Jørgen Jensen. She currently serves as a staff pianist at the USC and the Colburn School, where she collaborates with distinguished faculty members including Ralph Kirshbaum, Glenn Dicterow, Robert Lipsett, Martin Beaver, Margaret Batjer and Clive Greensmith. She has also worked closely with numerous students in their preparation for admission to leading conservatories and music schools, including the Curtis Institute of Music and The Juilliard School, as well as for international competitions such as the Queen Elisabeth Competition and the Naumburg Competition.

Dr. Peng was awarded Grand Prize in the Music Academy Duo Competition and has been invited to participate at the Music Academy, Bowdoin International Music Festival, John Perry Academy, and Montecito International Music Festival. Since completing her doctoral degree, she has been engaged as an official collaborative pianist for internationally recognized music festivals and programs including Meadowmount School of Music, Chamber Music Northwest, Young Artist Institute, the American Viola Society, and Sounding Point.

Dr. Peng currently serves as a collaborative pianist at the University of Southern California and the Colburn School, and is a faculty member in Collaborative Piano at California State University, Northridge. Her professional and teaching activities focus on collaborative piano, chamber music, and music education.

South Korean cellist Stella Cho made her London solo debut at the Royal Albert Hall at fifteen years old. Since then, she has concertized in South Korea, and throughout Europe and North America.

Stella has been invited to numerous renowned music festivals around the world, including Yellow Barn, Ravinia Steans Institute, Aspen Music Festival, Casals Festival, La Jolla SummerFest, Banff Chamber Music Festival, the Perlman Music Program, and IMS Prussia Cove Open Chamber Music. She has also collaborated with eminent musicians such as Ralph Kirshbaum, Jaime Laredo, Sharon Robinson, Joseph Kalichstein, Joseph Silverstein, and Borromeo Quartet.

Equally dedicated to education and performance, Stella currently holds cello and chamber music faculty positions at the Colburn Community School of Performing Arts, and her active performing career includes regular appearances with the SAKURA Cello Quintet and the Webern Quartet, as well as serving as a core member of Delirium Musicum.
