Nature in Your Neighborhood is coming to a park near you!

Coordinated by the Natural Areas Division, Nature in Your Neighborhood is a multilingual interpretive nature series designed to make environmental education and meaningful connections to nature accessible for all.

These free community events take place at local Los Angeles County Parks and feature activities centered on healing in nature—including yoga workshops, mindfulness exercises, and live animal presentations.

Programs cover topics like wildlife, native plants, ecology, and local history, along with games and community-building activities. Each event also includes a health and wellness resource fair.
