Defendant to plead not guilty in double-homicide of CSUN student, friend

Van Nuys Courthouse West entered a not guilty plea for defendant Brian Gonzales today, who was charged with the murder of CSUN student Emily Fox and friend Jerred Scott.
Brian Anthony Gonzales, 24, also known as Brian Hammons,will appear in the Van Nuys Courthouse.
