Students received advice on how to manage stress in their lives in a workshop organized at the Flintridge Room at the University Student Union on Wednesday.

About 250 students enjoyed the culture, food and music of 15 different countries at the second annual Global Village event, organized by the International Club and International office, at the Grand Salon in the University Student Union last Thursday.

Professor of management, Richard Kernochan, has received the Fulbright grant and is going to Vietnam next spring for about six months.

Eight CSUN graduate physical therapy students are going to Vietnam, along with physical therapy professor Janna Beling, as a part of a service-learning component of the course, Physical Therapy in the International Setting (PT 690).

A report by CSUN’s San Fernando Valley Economic Research Center found that most of the air quality in the valley is improving, but particulate concentration and ozone pollution is on the rise in certain areas of the valley.
