Mexican Caravan is a protest group focused on stopping the violence and corruption in Mexico. The group came to CSUN to talk to students and professors about the issue.
After two years, there is still 43 students who went missing from Iguala, Mexico. Many activists and mothers of the missing students believe the local police had something to do with it.
In Juarez, sex-based crimes have also become more frequent. CSUN students offered their help by donating to the Mexican Caravan, so they could continue their trip across the country.
