Dear Editor,

As delighted as I am by the CSUN Men’s basketball team’s excellent showing so far this season, I am embarrassed by the failure of the Women’s team.? 0-20!? 0-10 in conference!? Not since the dark days of Division Two have the Matador women played so poorly.? Recruiting?? Preparation?? Tactics during games?? All of these glaring deficiencies can be laid directly at the doorstep of coach Staci Schulz.? She lost this team before the season even started.? Why does the CSUN Athletic Department tolerate such ineptitude?? ?
