Statistical number of cases and deaths of Covid 19

Covid logoThe novel coronavirus COVID-19 has been spreading around the world since early January. Los Angeles is beginning to see the effects two months later, as the virus infects people across different LA neighborhoods.

As of March 27, Los Angeles, Long Beach and Pasadena have 1,465 confirmed cases and 26 deaths. LA County issued a “Safer at Home” order in an attempt to slow the virus’s spread. As of Friday, LA County Supervisor Janice Hahn announced that all public beaches will be closed as recommended by LA County Public Health.
