Inside the CSUN Library Exhibit Gallery, Eating the Archives is a display that explores the many ways we interact with food throughout our lives. The exhibit showcases books, documents, cookware, and more, straight from CSUN’s special collections and archives. It weaves an overlooked connecting thread that is fed through our understandings of history and societal change. Technological innovation, business and tradition are just a few of the ways the exhibit highlights the importance of cuisine in society. The Daily Sundial’s Isaac Gavino takes us around the exhibit and shows us why food matters to all of us.
