LAPD officers noticed the license plate of a car with a felony warrant on Roscoe Boulevard and Lindley Avenue. Officers followed the car into the B5 parking structure where they talked to the driver of the car. LAPD officer Mitch Riggs said the driver of the car was not the person they were looking for and that the driver had rented the car a couple weeks earlier. They did not seize the car and let the driver and the car go.
