When it comes to the opposite sex, all college kids care.
Despite the fact that there is obviously a need to have the attention of the opposing gender, we still haven’t perfected the right way to speak or interact under the right circumstances. Even for the most suave and alluring it can be very difficult to say the right thing when caught off guard.
For those students who frequently have such a problem, there is help with ‘How to Woo a Bi’aaatch: The Key to Attracting Females.’ Published in the winter of 2008, this small pamphlet-like manual is ‘the ultimate guide’ to attracting the opposite sex.
The writer Brian Zoozoo said that he orignally began writing the book for fun and finished to make a point of the subject matter.
When most people talk about ‘how-to’ guides, there is no such thing as an absolutely all-encompassing guide for anything. Otherwise everyone would have it and most of its readers would take the advice from it to heart and would use it in the real world; this obviously is not the case. ‘How to Woo a Bi’aaatch’ does not attempt to live up to such standards.
This is a book that simply tries to give friendly advice. It is a guide that allows insight into very common situations and characteristics that are universal in terms of the opposite sex.
For example, there are chapters that are completely dedicated to dating situations such as ‘First Call,’ ‘The First Date’ and ‘Dinner.’
In ‘The First Date,’ Zoozoo discusses the fundamental issue of trust. This is a chapter that should hold a significant amount of weight for all potential love interests for novel fact that it is true. Zoozoo writes, ‘complete trust takes time, but it has to be established right from the start,’ this if a real-life paradigm for people trying to articulate themselves to a new person in their life.
Besides the sticky fumblings and the commonly wanton lust of outer beauty that most people seem to parallel with meeting potential love interests, Zoozoo says in the book that it is important to remember that there are key issues such as attitude, confidence and trust that must be dealt with in order to find someone and have a stable relationship.
‘How to Woo a Bi’aaatch’ discusses this in a down-to-earth way that is both accessible and fun to read. This 96-page manual is a coffee table classic in that it contains information that all people will have a need to understand.
Do not let the title fool you, ‘How to Woo a Bi’aaatch’ is not the player’s guide to meeting a one-night-stand.’ On the contrary, the book encompasses the age-old adage nice guys finish last, however, in terms of ‘How to Woo a Bi’aaatch’, it is really a matter of wanting to finish last and understanding another well-known maxim; slow and steady wins the race.
Three stars out of five.
