It’s only the seventh week of classes, midterms are running rampant across campus and students have their midterm playlist going on, but the Sundial Songs of the Week is still up and strong for those seeking another break in studying.

This edition features many debut artists, such as Rose Gold, Barz, and LA Priest. The Game also gets a shout out after dropping his latest album over the weekend.

This week, the Chemical Brothers make their playlist debut with their song “Wide Open” which features the Grammy-award winning artist Beck. A chill track to get settle down anyone’s anxiety attacks in the library.

Lido’s got this great song dubbed “Ashley,” which features his fantastic vocal chords. Something for the R&B faithfuls to check out.

The Game collaborates with Skrillex on one of his new tracks off of his newest release “The Documentary 2.”

Check out the list and share your thoughts on our playlist, as well as pitch songs to us. If you’re a CSUN student, contribute your music to us. We want to share your sounds. Tweet at us @CultureClashSun, or email us at
