Is graffiti more than just a defacement of
property? Is it an art form? From the San Fernando Valley down to Los Angeles, graffiti is considered and looked at, as an art form in
certain places. Some local business owners said that graffiti artists ask for permission, in order to legally paint on these buildings. There seems to be an aesthetic
distinction between illegal tagging and the
artpainted legally in many different areas of Los Angeles County.
