CSUN University Library invites you to participate in this year’s celebration of Día de Muertos.

During Día de Muertos, all CSUN Library members are welcome to contribute to our community altar in the lobby. We encourage you to reflect, celebrate, and honor the lives of those who have passed on by leaving a photo, adding a personal ofrenda (offering), or even writing the names of those you wish remember for the altar.

CSUN students and community members are welcome to participate in this transformative community work of creating an altar! Building the altar is a multi-day process. Major work in on the altar will take place on 10/13 and 10/15 from (tentatively) 3pm through 6pm on both dates, timing subject to change and more days and times may be added.
