Experience the 4th Annual BikeFest at CSUN

Bringing the Community Together at CSUN’s Bike Fest!

Get ready for a memorable day at the 4th Annual CSUN Bike Fest, hosted by the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences! This year’s event is filled with fun and excitement; there’s something for everyone—whether you’re a seasoned cyclist, a casual rider, or just getting started. We’ve got you covered!

No bike? No problem! Walk, roll, or just come hang out—everyone’s welcome! It’s all about coming together and enjoying the day.

Fun for the whole family:

Bring the your family, bring your friends, and bring the good vibes. Let’s ride, laugh, and make some amazing memories!

For the kids we’ll have:

  • Face Painting
  • Balloon Artist
  • Bike and Traffic Safety Tips

Location

We’ll be on the Nordhoff Street Access Road (South Side of Campus in front of The Soraya) between Lindley and Etiwanda Avenues. See you there!

We’re closing off the campus streets to cars, so you can ride safely and enjoy the event to the fullest!

Schedule of Events

Highlights:

Club Group Rides Begin at 8:00AM
Campus Fun Ride Begins at 12:30PM
Vendors Open: 10:00 AM until 2:00PM

  • 8:00 A.M. | Meet up for group ride |All rides meet in front of the Soraya (on the Nordhoff side of the building)
    • 8:15 A.M. Experienced riders depart (30 miles) |  Coming Soon! — Bike Route (experienced riders) | SAG vehicle provided by Tesla
    • 8:30 A.M. Novice riders depart (no drop – 20 miles) | Coming Soon! — Bike Route (novice riders)
  • 10:00 A.M | Vendors booths open and on-campus events begin
  • 10:30 A.M. | Outdoor Spin class with Voltage Cycling (Time may change)
  • 12:00 P.M. | Outdoor Spin class with Voltage Cycling (Time may change)
  • 12:30 P.M. | Family Fun Campus Ride| |Meet on the grass on the north of the Soraya (on the campus side of the building)
  • All Day | Live DJ Spins
  • All Day | Bike Vendors
  • All Day | Bike Demos and Safety | Bike and traffic safety tips for kids will be presented by Safe Moves – Teaching Youth Traffic Safety
  • All Day | Food Truck by Cal’s Smash Burgers and BBQ
  • All Day | Bike Repairs

Additional Information

  • Leashed Pets are welcome!
  • Skateboards, non-electric scooters, and assistive mobility devices are welcome!
    • This is an accessible event (ADA compliant)

The closest parking lot to our event are:

  • B1 Surface lot

  • Parking permits are required at all times in all areas of campus. Parking permits must be properly displayed to avoid parking citations.

Daily Parking Rates are follows:

  • 1 hour = $3.30
  • 2 hours = $6.05
  • 4 hours = $8.25
  • All day (Expires at midnight) = $10.50
  • On street parking is free
