Performing works by CSUN faculty member A.J. McCaffrey, premiering works by CSUN faculty member Liviu Marinescu, and CSUN composition students Alexander Nunley, Manny Reyes, and Josh Rittenhouse.
~Nois will present an exciting evening of contemporary music for saxophone quartet featuring music composed by CSUN composition students and faculty paired with works by composers Bobby Ge and Shelley Washington. This recital is the culmination of a collaboration between CSUN Music and ~Nois that began in Fall of 2024. From snarling multiphonics to the lush sounds of the pipe organ, no two pieces on this concert are the same, ensuring an engaging and entertaining listening experience for the audience.
