Tea Haven Research Study
CSUN students are invited to take part in a creative wellness workshop hosted by Tea Haven, a campus-based research initiative focused on supporting student mental health. This 1.5-hour session is part of a study exploring how mindfulness and artistic expression can help reduce stress and improve coping skills.
The event takes place on Monday, May 5, from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM in the Smart Garden, located in the Sequoia Hall Courtyard. Participation is completely voluntary, and students will walk away with new self-care tools, improved awareness of campus resources, and a meaningful break to recharge.
