Zest Fest: 16 Years of Citrus & Community!
Join our volunteers for a powerful day of action, unity, and impact at the CSUN orange grove — one of LA’s historic citrus orchards.

We’re celebrating 16 years of tradition with a picnic-style harvest event for all ages featuring:

• Orange picking & packing for local hunger relief
• Community tree planting & sustainability workshops
• Local food, fresh orange slices, and good vibes
• Produce distribution & on-site recycling

Bring your reusable tote, water bottle, and community spirit. This event is free and open to the public — and a proud part of Food Forward’s biggest public action of 2025 as we push toward 500 million pounds of rescued food since 2009.
