This fall, CSUN introduced a Bachelor of Arts degree in Dance, providing students with a formal pathway in dance education. The degree offers training in various styles including ballet, modern, contemporary, hip-hop, jazz, and ballroom.

Acasola, a student-run a cappella group at CSUN, h

Acasola, a student-run a cappella group at CSUN, has established three pillars: family, music and leadership. Club President Gianfranco Montelione says these values bring members together and shape the group’s identity.

This semester’s main performance is “Lost Sols,” which will take place at 7 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 25, at the Acasola house on 18649 Vincennes St.

Transfer week continued their events with a Goat T

Transfer week continued their events with a Goat Therapy Day outside of Bayramian Hall. It was organized by the Badge Project in collaboration with the University library, transfer student alliance, and the office of student success.

The goats will return to campus for another therapy event on December 2nd.

Lola Mormino started her first fitness business at just 18 years old. Despite facing numerous health challenges throughout her life, she has gone on to become the strength and conditioning (S&C) coach for CSUN’s ice hockey team.

The Indian Student Association (ISA) brought CSUN to life on Oct. 19 with Garba Night 2024, a vibrant celebration of Indian culture. Students, faculty and community members gathered to celebrate Garba.

Garba is a devotional dance to the feminine form of divinity, originated in Gujarat, India.
