Students work with geography department to measure, catalog CSUN’s tree population

Walking through campus, one cannot help but notice all the trees here. Big and small trees; oak, pine, and palm trees; orange trees, the list goes on and on. But has anyone ever stopped to wonder how the school keeps track of how many trees there are on campus? Tighter application deadline impacts incoming freshmen and transfer students alike

Nov. 30 is the application deadline for first-time freshmen and transfer students who wish to attend CSUN in the fall of 2010. This is not the first time the campus has had this deadline. Review of U2 Concert

Inspirational, amazing and talented are only a few of the words that describe U2. On Sunday, Oct. 25 U2 performed at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, CA. on their 360 degree tour. The show was one of the most anticipated of the year, selling out 96,000 seats. The anticipation was worth the wait. Their recent 2009 album No Line on the Horizon supported the concert. Free massages offered at Get Real event

At an event to launch REAL, an online magazine created as part of the Body Media Image (BMI) project, Theresa Brayton, along with other students  from the Massage Center in Chatsworth, give out free massages, on Oct 27, 2009.
