Dakota Live Music Lounge raises money for charity

Music artists Christopher Wray, Evan and Cory Phillips helped bring crowds in for a charity event Friday night, Jan. 15, at the Dakota Live Music Lounge in Santa Monica. Buildings under construction to be considered for green building certification

The two major construction sites on campus, the Valley Performing Arts Center and the Student Recreation Center, will be considered for green building certification as soon as they are completed. Recreation Center construction causes traffic congestion on east side of campus

Construction of the Student Recreation Center has closed two-thirds of the G4 parking lot and a campus road. The recreation center construction started on Dec. 21, 2009 and is expected to be completed in January 2012. “There will be less spots,” said Capt.
