Family Fun Zone reaches out to community

Children and parents from the CSUN community were treated to a fun mini-carnival Friday night at Family Fun Zone. Midterm elections to be discussed at forum

Two of the top national pollsters from the Republican and Democratic Parties are scheduled to come speak at CSUN for the 2010 Eugene Price Forum. CSUN alumni reunite on Founders Day

Many alumni returned for CSUN’s third annual Founders Day during a fall heat wave that failed to stop about 500 people from taking part in the festivities. The event started off with mingling on the University Lawn, where pictures were displayed and guests could purchase selected San Fernando Valley State College merchandise. Activists speaks about corruption in the Catholic Church

The Catholic Church was the center of discussion in a lecture given by internationally acclaimed humanist and activist Blase Bonpane. The lecture, “Sexual Abuse, Cover-Up, and the History of the Catholic Church” was held in Sierra Hall’s Whitsett Room Thursday night. Current political issues, religious freedom and racism were among the issues discussed in a lecture by Asian Americans for Community and Talent (AACT).
