Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights premiere photos

Universal Studios Hollywood hosted the annual 2010 Eyegore Awards and kicked off Halloween Horror Nights Sept. 24.

Several big names in the horror film industry made their way through the red carpet to receive and honor recipients of the awards.

Corey Feldman, from the movie “Lost Boys,” was the host of the ceremony. Rob Zombie and Christopher Lloyd were among those present at the show.

Horror Nights is a nightly event that includes Halloween-themed mazes and tram rides along with scary individuals making rounds along the paths.

“Halloween Horror Nights” will be open until Oct. 31.
