A costly offensive rebound and a large disparity in free throws were reasons why the Matadors got swept 2-0 on their Colorado road trip. Cal State Northridge (2-6) scored more baskets and grabbed more rebounds in each game, but still fell short against Air Force Academy, 72-63, on Thursday and the University of Denver, 66-63, on Saturday. The Cal State Northridge men’s basketball team will continue its non-conference schedule as they travel to Colorado state to face Air Force Academy Thursday and the University of Denver Saturday.
