One student has made a tradition of getting a tattoo on every birthday and has no plans of stopping that anytime soon.
Eva Lopez, 25, a junior at CSUN who is studying psychology and biology has seven tattoos, with the most recent one of a unicorn on her upper right arm being her favorite. She chose it because of her love for medieval history and medieval art.
“It’s part of the coat of arms that had a unicorn and I just decided to get the unicorn and not the other embellishments,” said Lopez.
She had the tattoo done at Kathouse Inc. Tattoo, which is located in Northridge. It is the only tattoo that was done at that location out of the rest.
“My next tattoo will be a monarch butterfly that instead of circles will have eyes,” she stated about the design she has had in her mind.
